I may request that you seek your GP or medical teams’ approval prior to undergoing treatment, this will be discussed with you at the consultation stage.

CANCELLATIOn

cancellation policy 

Please note that there is a 48- hour cancellation policy for treatment appointments, Yoga Classes & 1:1 Yoga sessions; if for any reason you cannot make your appointment, class or 1:1 session, please telephone Rachel, at least  48 hours in advance, on: 07793 279567  to re-schedule or cancel.

Otherwise the full cost of your treatment, class or 1:1 session will be applied.

Refunds & Transfers

If adequate notice is given for cancellation of a Yoga Class (48 hours) you may be entitled to a refund or to transfer your place to another class if your space can be filled. Events are non-refundable and non-transferrable to other events. If you can not attend but can find someone take take your place, you may be entitled to transfer your place.
