  • Arrive from 4pm on the Friday of your chosen Retreat, settle into your en-suite bedroom, enjoy a cup of tea on one of the window seats in the Sun Lounge, gaze out at the beautiful views of the River Ant and acres of Marshland and start to ease yourself into re-treating from everyday life, preparing for a weekend of nourishing food, nurturing movement, connection to nature and deep rest.

  • Over your weekend, you will have the opportunity to be a part of the Opening and Closing Circle, enjoy a Restorative Yoga Session, Yoga Nidra practice and Soundbath Experience, as well as Morning Yoga, a Walking Meditation in How Hill Woods, the co-creation of a Nature Mandala, maybe some Singing and Chanting, as well as some time for yourself to explore the gardens, marshlands and broad or to chill and read a book or have a nap.

  • All sessions are optional and you are free to take part in as many or as few sessions as pleases you. Please click here for the draft itinerary of the weekend.
