Retreat Itinerary (times and activities subject to change depending on weather and other factors)

Friday

4pm - Arrivals and settle in. Yoga equipment to be placed in practice space (Sir Lincoln Ralphs Room) personal items & clothes into individual rooms.

5pm - Opening Circle in Sir Lincoln Ralphs Room; settling into the space, gentle movement & meditation, introductions, your intent for your Retreat.

Wear: comfy/yoga clothes.

Bring: your journal and any items for central altar.

6.30pm - Dinner

8pm-9.30pm – Yoga Nidra & Bedtime Story in Sir Lincoln Ralphs Room.

Wear: comfy/yoga clothes/pj’s/fluffy socks.

Saturday

8am – Earth Connection & Honouring Yoga Practice in Sir Lincoln Ralphs Room or outside if weather is nice.

Wear: comfy/yoga clothes.

9am - Breakfast

10.30am - Meet in entrance for Walking Meditation & gathering of leaves & natural items for altar creation later, journaling in the Secret Garden (if weather allows) alternate practice indoors if weather inclement.

Wear: suitable outdoor clothing/waterproof jacket/hat/scarf/gloves/sturdy shoes or boots/mosquito repellent.

Bring: journal/notebook, pen/pencil, picnic blanket if you have one.

1pm - Lunch

2-5pm - Free time to relax/explore/read/have a nap

5pm- Meet in entrance for Outdoor Ceremony under the House; Altar creation, leaf ceremony, planting seeds.

Wear: suitable outdoor clothing/waterproof jacket/hat/scarf/gloves/sturdy shoes or boots.

Bring: journal/notebook, pen/pencil, leaf/leaves and other items collected from earlier walking meditation.

6pm - Dinner

7.30-9.30pm - Restorative Yoga Session & Soundbath in Sir Lincoln Ralphs Room (accompanied by poetry, readings and prompts connected to the season and seasonal energy)

Wear: comfy/yoga clothes/pj’s/fluffy socks.

Sunday

8am – Earth Salutation Yoga Practice in Sir Lincoln Ralphs Room or outside if weather is nice.

Wear: comfy/yoga clothes.

9am – Breakfast

9.50am – Vacate rooms – personal items can be placed in the Boardman Room

10-11.50am – EmPowHER Workshop in Sir Lincoln Ralphs Room. Practices to support your Empowerment.

Wear: (Red) skirt & top/dress, leggings underneath if desired.

Bring: Cardigan/shawl/pashmina, x 2 pebbles/crystals, journal.

12pm - Lunch

1pm - Closing circle
